  Amy took care of me on my most recent visit. She was very thorough and communicated with me along the way to explain what she was doing. I had a new hygienist named Alex this time, and she was equally as wonderful as Andrea. Very gentle yet efficient with my cleaning. She was kind and easy to get to know as well. From my front desk experience with Hillary all the way to my final examination with Dr. Eslami I felt safe and well taken care of. This is so important in light of the pandemic and how vulnerable one can feel without a mask on indoors. I have really enjoyed the way Downtown Dental Design helps me care for my teeth! My hygienist Andrea has always taken great care of me, and Dr. Eslami is very thorough and thoughtful as well. The office staff and space are wonderful, too!

  The reason I’ve been a client for 15 years is Dr. Eslami’s kindness, her supportive staff, and their state of the art tools. Convenient location and super cute office too!

  I love the people at this office, everyone, they are so kind and sweet including the doctor. However, I was disappointed and annoyed because I was forced to make multiple appointments I get all my cavities filled. I have never had this experience in my life and I have been in a lot of dentist chairs. Soooo many visits when it could have been 1. Not sure if it is an insurance or copay matter? But I had to come over multiple days to get a few cavities filled. Also the doctor was never able to numb me enough that I couldn’t feel the pain. Again, I have never had this experience ever. No other doctors have had this issue with my mouth. I needed a temporary crown and the first time it came in it had a bubble in it and had to be sent back to the lab. Requiring even MORE visits. Overall it was a very frustrating experience. Also an orthodontist was supposed to be Co-managing my care apparently but I NEVER heard from them ever and I needed braces.

  The work that they do is great. I am in a different city for the time being and had to cheat for a dental cleaning. Even this other dentist complimented Dr. Eslami’a porcelain implant 3+ times during the cleaning. She said the matching was amazing and she had never seen work like it before. Thanks for making one of my teeth such a special conversation piece. :)

  Absolutely loved my experience at Downtown Dental Design yesterday. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to Dr. Eslami was SO incredibly kind and caring. I've never felt this welcome at a dental office! My X-rays and cleaning ran very smoothly and the Dr. answered all my questions. They also gave me some travel-sized floss and Sensodyne to take home after my visit, which was sweet. :) Highly recommend this place!
