  The front desk staff was cordial and I really felt as though they had safety measures in place. My dental hygienist was amazing and really took care of me and my teeth. The doctor was very knowledgeable and I left feeling great!

  I had a wonderful experience at the office. The staff member Kiana was very helpful and professional. I appreciate them taking the time to explain my dental coverage and what work needed to be done. I will definitely return for my next cleaning!

  I have been with Downtown Dental for 3+ years now. I absolutely LOVE the customer service....very personable. The dentist and their assistant are wonderful.....they answer all my questions all the time clearly to my understanding. I am now finishing my crowns, but today when Dr. Suits completed my first 2 (of 5) i was beyond satisfied...grinned all the way home. As long as the service continues the wonderful way it is...they will always have me as a patient. From the greet when you walk in to the thank you at the end of your visit they are GREAT.   Received a cleaning today. Sabrina is a true professional and very thorough. the staff is very accommodating. Nadia is the best office manager ever! She is very knowledgeable about insurance coverage and explains everything thoroughly. They saved me money and don't try to get every cent out of you and your coverage.
