::I was travelling for business and happened upon a pearl in an oyster. I ended up cracking my tooth nearly in half. After calling around to several offices, Downtown Dental was able to get me in immediately. Dr Rathke quickly evaluated my tooth and got me a repair to get me through the week with minimal discomfort. Upon arriving at home, my own dentist commented favorably on the repair job. Excellent experience.

::The dentist that purchased this practice is misdiagnosing patients I suspect for his personal financial gain. Prior to the new dentist taking over here I had less than five cavities in my life. During my first visit with the new dentist two cavities were diagnosed. I had them filled, he did a terrible job. My mouth was in pain for months. On my next semi-annual cleaning two more were diagnosed. This was strange, and when I pushed the dentist with questions as to why I would have so many cavities all of the sudden he just pressured me to have them filled immediately. I got uncomfortable, and decided to switch dentists. Miraculously at my next six month cleaning by a different dentist I was cavity free. Please avoid this place like the plague.

::New to the area and found them online. They were able to take me the same day. The staff is very polite, the hygienist Ana was incredible and Dr. Rathke is a super cool dude. Very honest and thorough. I highly recommend and can't wait to go back to get my fillings and crowns.
