  I have insured cars, my motorcycle, homes and multiple small businesses with this firm and they are absolutely fabulous. They have covered my a** in hard times and have always been there when I needed. The senior owner took the time to call me after-hours to help me even though it was completely my mistake. Mr. Matt Klein is a personable, caring and generally great man. If you are a person or business that lives on this planet and needs a firm to trust, please look no further. I would give them 5 more stars if I could. Thank you again to all the people at DKK for all your help over the years.

  They will lie to you. My claim was denied based on an engineers report. However one of the employees of Dowling Knifing and Klein unwittingly read excerpt of the said report which clearly stated that claim was due to ice damming which should have been covered. George Klein pretended that the said report was not in their file. These agents are not to be trusted!!! Do not do business with them.
