  Worst over the phone experience ever. First the lady talks way to fast like she's trying to push my question away, second they sent me to wrong department and i was on hold for 1 hour without being put on hold, I could hear them on the other line laughing and talking about their day.

  Getting the certificate of live birth, takes about 17 days, you have to go down 1 floor, behind the mechanical escalators.
