::I'm here now. There was a bug in my food. I was really excited about having a plate. I'm here from out of town and heard about Dougie's. Disappointment. In total I ordered 4 plates. They offered to replace it. I couldn't stomach it. Opted for a refund.

::Poor customer service. Dougie, you need to get better representation for your business. Food is great but I will be driving that extra 10 minutes just for better customer service and good authentic Jamaican food.

::Great food with decent service. Do not visit when its crowded, you will be waiting forever. They make Best fried chicken with sauce!

::The staff is incredibly rude and they always seem to be out of advertised menu items. They food is good, so I tend to go back despite the aforementioned. If you order ahead on any of the available apps, try calling to let them know that you did. The last time I ordered using eat24, I got there, and nothing was ready. Although there are tables and chairs available, this is certainly a take out spot.

::Usually the food here is really great, but today I had the pleasure of finding a finger nail in my food . As I was eating my meal I noticed that there was something sharp in my mouth and I mistook it for a bone . After removing the sharp object I realized it was a FINGER NAIL that was buried in my rice. I think that 8 out of the 10 times I've eaten at this restaurant the women that took my order had were really unpleasant , but this experience takes the cake. Not only did the young girl at the cash register seem like she had an attitude, but I had extra , unwanted things in my food!! I will not be returning to this establishment. I’d advise you to go to Richards right next door , you’ll get better food from people who have better attitudes.
