  Stayed here for a conference. Great location to downtown and NC State. Lots of things walking distance. Very accommodating staff!!

  Bathroom: Nice Front Desk: Excellent Service Bed: Feels great My 1 star review is because this hotel has no AC during my visit. The room when I came in was 77 degree in the main area and 76 in the bedroom. I call the front desk and they say there is no AC and that I need to open my doors to balcony. So now I have my doors open with all the sounds from the environment. I'm on the 8th floor facing the main streets. A lot of chirping birds and motorcycles for my stay. Awesome.

  Check In - was pleasant and easy Location - In the heart of NC State Campus. Great options within walking distance. Rooms - Like Lipstick on a pig. Rooms were updated but the hotel is very dated. Noise was an issue as each room has a balcony which is great but doors were old and did not silence the sound from the hallway or the road. Room was clean but the bed skirt had a very large obvious stain on it. The outlets did not work on one side of the room. There was only one trash can and no microwave or fridge. Bed Perfect The building is very dated. I would try another hotel next time I stay in Raleigh. I was not impressed with this one .

  There are a couple of hotel names that I trust and Hilton was one of them. However, this Hilton was not what I'd expect. I paid for a King size room, yet certain amenities like a microwave, fridge, and even a hair dryer weren't in the room. The reason I didn't give one star is because the staff. There were loud people right outside my window, and very quickly, the security there made them vacate the premises. Beds were comfortable and room was clean also.

  We had a Double Queen Room and a King Bed Room both with Balconies. The Beds were Very Comfortable. Unfortunately There are No refrigerators or Microwaves in The Rooms which was a bit of a Struggle as We have 4 Young Kids and those 2 amenities help tremendously during overnight stays. The breakfast buffet is $12 per person and free for the young kids (ours are under 8). It was a Nice Variety of foods however I do not eat $12 worth of food by myself so I felt it was a bit much. The staff we encountered were all very nice and helpful.
