  Room was very nice and clean. Pillows are amazing. Room had a working hair dryer, working fridge, and a coffee maker I did not use. I also just realized I never turned on the TV, even just once! I tried the digital key for the first time, and it was great to not have to pull out my wallet to find my physical key (everyone almost always has their phones in their hands nowadays anyways, right?) Staff was also friendly and knowledgeable. Cookies are always delicious and a great added bonus :-)

  Great environment and staff. They are extremely accommodating and helpful. The waterfall is a nice touch and a great sound. Although loud at night you get use to it quickly.

  Very friendly and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to assist me when I had an emergency medical issue. Nice rooms and overall great service.

  The room was modern and clean, with a nice view over the city. Room service food was good quality although the extra charges do make this a pricey option. Staff delivered to the room and were friendly. The hotel is a nice environment in which to stay. The complementary breakfast had a large variety of good quality food cooked well with helpful staff. One star removed because the room was very noisy every time a train passed nearby, the trains use their horn all the way through the city and run all night. I am not sure if other rooms in this hotel are as loud but it meant that sleep was disturbed.

  Absolutely the best hotel in Fresno very correctly priced. On special occasions it has fantastic Buffet better than anything anywhere at the correct price and it is an unbeatable value. If you don't know your way around and you want the best hotel best food this is the place to come to. It is located in downtown Fresno so for getting the feel of the rest of Fresno and other good places in Fresno you must drive further north about four or five miles to find the proper shopping and other good restaurants. Do not miss this place is Buffet in Christmas Thanksgiving Mother's Day and other special occasions
