  Fantastic venue for special events. The entire top floor is a dedicated Banquet Hall. Fantastic views of downtown El Paso and the Franklin Mountains. The staff is very professional and accommodating to include allowing outside liquor for special ceremonies, i.e. grog for a formal Military event. The prices for catering were reasonable and the food was excellent! I highly recommend for groups of 50 to 200.

  I attended a seminar in the sky lounge. Great views. Newly remodeled and very nice looking. Would definitely attend more seminars in the future.

  Didn't actually get to stay here. Visited it to chaperone for a school prom event. The service was excellent; we got servers to attend to our dining experience, and the buffet and dessert was good. The dance floor, however, was too small to accommodate 100 students, and the kids were moving tables out of the way to be able to dance. The scenery from the top floor was also nice.

  Awesome place to stay. Very clean and friendly. Had no idea where to go eat great Mexican seafood. High 5 to DAVID on the sunset terrace at the hotel...recommended coco polo. Excellent seafood and service. Thank you David, you were awesome

  My friends & I had reservations. After driving 4 hours, we finally arrived around 5pm & go inside to check in. The front desk staff let us know that we had to wait for them to clean a room because they gave our room to someone else. We had a wedding to attend @ 7pm. We waited in the lobby thinking it would probably be a 30 minute wait. We sat in the lobby for an hour & a half. Not to mention the front desk people were rude & didn’t seem to care. By the time we got into our room we were rushing & late for the wedding. Room was clean, modern & bed was comfortable. The elevators took forever & the parking was horrible.
