::gorgeous hotel top to bottom, unlike most hotels that have a beautiful 2023 lobby and 1971 rooms. This hotel is truly a 5 star location! hotel staff was extremely courteous friendly and helpful and they move with a sense of urgency which is character trait that was once believed dead in this generation (all about the young lady that picked up 2 crews from the airport on the 26-7 May). huge bar lots of room to host multiple events. rooms are very clean, and nothing out of place maintenance is clearly proactive. wasn't there long enough to see how the cleaning staff operates, but I would expect nothing less than perfect from them at this point. the only thing I could find that might be a negative was that the mini fridge did not have a freezer compartment.

::Wow! This place is great. The rooms are just standard hotel rooms, but very nice. The staff is amazing!! We checked in at 2am and the lady was so friendly and nice. I stopped a house keeper and asked for a trash bag, and she was extremely nice. Def will be back!!!

::An old building but with updated rooms. Customer service at the front desk is top notch! I had to pop in for a last minute room after my reservation at another hotel was cancelled due to issues with that hotelâs building. Front desk couldnât have been more accommodating at 1am. Although I didnât have the breakfast each day, it is â$1.90â for Gold members since the hotel charges almost $17 but Gold members only get $15 per day for breakfast from Hilton. Didnât see self serve coffee available but thatâs not that big of a deal. Easy to get to location, nice room - great nights sleep.

::$50 "Early Departure Fee"?!?! The people were very nice. The room was nice. I enjoyed my stay. I changed my travel plans, due to weather. I notified the front desk over 24 hours in advance that I was checking out early and was informed that I was still going to be charged a $50 fee. I have been a Honors member for years; that has never happened to me before. Not okay.

::I recently stayed at the Doubletree for business to attend the conference. I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to the others. The hotel was nicely decorated and the staff at the bar/Mill House were very accommodating. The room (King with sofa bed) was a great size and had a balcony; there was a draft coming through the sliding doors, but the curtains helped maintain the heat. I ordered room service one night and it was the fastest service ever! The woman, Natalie, who brought it up was so nice and made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.
