::The hotel is close enough to South Boston where a Lyft or Uber only costs about $8. Other than that, there's nothing to do in the immediate area. The hotel is obviously there for the businesses next door, and the university nearby. The rooms are average and didn't even include a mini fridge for the price. It was fairly clean and well maintained, though. The parking lot is a plus when staying near a big city. I did not have any negative experiences with staff which is always a plus.

::Location of the hotel is okay; unfortunately, not particularly close to anything. Front desk staff were cordial. Loved the text for service during our stay. Marketplace cafe staff were friendly but messed up the order twice. Room is dated but overall functioning. The worst thing about the stay is the paper thin wall where we can hear every word of the neighbor's phone conversations.

::The hotel was just basic. Nothing remarkable but not horrible. No real restaurant and a very small bar. When we asked for a new key card, the girl at the desk just gave us one without verifying we were the guests staying in that room. I will say that the shuttle drivers, particularly Sam and Miguel were awesome!!!! Very positive, friendly and informative!!!!!!

::Had a great stay here for two nights while visiting Boston for a weekend. The hotel was very clean, staff was accommodating, and it isn't too far from the city. It's located right next to one of the subway stops, so it was a nice way to spend less for a hotel and still be able to go into the city of Boston easily.

::The staff was great! Very friendly. They let us check in early and handed us warm cookies and two bottles of Poland spring. We paid for parking with the room. The only good experience we had. 5 stars for their service for sure. Now let's get to cleanliness. Horrible. I was could give 0 stars . The sheet had stains and they looked like blood stains. Pretty disgusting. Went to the bathroom and the toilet seat had a pee stain on that. I always bring rubbing alcohol to spray around the bathroom, I ended up cleaning the toilet seat with that. Nasty. The sheets also had holes in it as well. They started cleaning the hallway at 730 am. The heater was so loud, I felt like a plane was ready to take off. I wouldn't really recommend this.
