  As a diamond member I booked my stay here for 9 nights as I was in the area for work, I am two nights in and I regret staying here. The reception staff are all extremely rude. I was informed that I could not use my food credit to purchase items from the market, after I made my selection. I was told I could only purchase from the bar. I called Diamond customer service to verify. The diamond help desk called the hotel and was told the credit was only valid for breakfast. Diamond members beware before booking this property. No water for Diamond guests at check in either. I am attempting to cancel the rest of my reservation and the hotel manager is never available to assist. There are a lot of options in the area. Look elsewhere.

  Just stay away. The rooms here are sooooo small. The shower size is ridiculous. No cookies or water for diamond members. I so wish I could post my video here of the bathroom door. I have no idea how maintenance was not called when room attendants turned over the room, there was no way to not notice this. When mentioned it to the front desk they said no one was available to take a look. My daughter using the bathroom over night certainly woke my husband and I up. The sound of the sliding door was like nails on a chalkboard. There is no alarm clock in the room, television didn't have a guide and the dog across the hall kept barking even though it was supposedly a pet free hotel. There are a lot of options in the area. Look elsewhere.

  Great location and stay. The front desk evening attendant was welcoming, courteous, and attentive during our stay on August 19, 2022. We observed him several times cleaning and sanitizing the common areas as visitors entered and exited the building. The rooms were small but clean and just right for two adults and an 8 and 7 year old. Nice, quiet location near various restaurants both fast food and dine-in. We will definitely be back when visiting Alpharetta.

  I stayed at this Doubletree for 2 days in the middle of the week. Luke at the front desk was extremely accommodating. My room appeared clean but had a pair of dirty socks behind the headboard, and Starbucks cups and half drank orange juice in the refrigerator that I discarded myself. I used my $15 food/beverage credit as a Platinum member on the breakfast once. Breakfast was outstanding. Buffet was great and serviced very well. Hotel is in a nice locations, everything you need in nearby. The cleaning staff is obviously not very attentive.

  This was a very nice hotel and reasonably priced. Their free continental breakfast was delicious, and there are lots of perks with this place. They offer $15 PER DAY (not per night) food and beverage credit to Hilton HHonors members.
