  Im big fan of Dottys but this location is boring. Never big winners, no excitement, just blah. Although, staff is awesome, friendly, place is clean, restrooms spotless and where o hit my first Royal theres better Dotty locations.

  Was asked the day before to come backnd turn my application in. So I came in today at about seven thirty this morning and the employee behind the counter says she will be here at 8 or 9. So I came back to check up again at 10:30. Waited for the server to get done with her customer. I then proceeded to ask for the manager. She says not here.i said they asked me to come back. Would you know when she will be here. She replied no can't help you. I'm almost 50 and I have never been so disrespected like that in a long time.

  This is THE WORST Dotties I have ever been in. The woman that works there (am) hides in the back and ignores the customers at the counter. I have waited up to 10 mins without even a greeting, this morning I had enough and walked out. I will get my friends cigs from Walgreens from now on, they are only a few $$ more, definitely worth not having to wait on your Employee to recognize she has customers! I would give this store -5 stars 👎👎👎
