  I call Door Master 7:30am on Memorial day weekend for repair. Thomas gave me an appointment on the same day at 11am. He shows up ahead of schedule and completed the repairs within an hour. Thomas charge a very reasonable fee for the repairs. He’s professional, friendly, and most importantly honest. would greatly recommend him for any garage door work. i’m considering redoing my entire set of garage doors and would absolutely hiring Thomas without a doubt!

  Very fast and reasonable quote for a garage door opener. The guys are very friendly. Completed the job in a few hours. Work is very professional. They cleaned up their mess completely when they were done. I’m very happy with the work and my new garage door opener. My neighbor used them as well for her door and is also very pleased with the work.

  I called Door Master after seeing all the positive reviews on here. Made the call at 9am and I was given a 1-3pm afternoon window for the same day. Tommy called me at 12:55 and said he was on his way. Very professional, polite and reasonable. Took his time with the work and ensured it was working by testing it numerous times. He was honest about my system and didn’t try to upsell me on the latest and greatest. This company is GREAT and I will definitely call them when I’m in need of future services. Thanks again Tommy!

  When my garage door broke, I called Thomas on a very late Sunday night. He came next day and made arrangements with me to fix it on the weekend when I was available. He arrived on time, took his time to do the job correctly. I was also very impressed with his concern for safety. He did a great job and I'm very happy. My garage door is now secured and operating better than ever.

  UPDATE: My garage door was installed in January 2018 by Door Masters (see review below) and has been working great, but this week it got stuck halfway open and I couldn’t move it. I texted Thomas and he replied immediately. Ray came the next day and showed me that someone (my kids I’m assuming) had simply bolted the door open. I was a bit embarrassed that I didn’t see the problem myself. Ray laughed and when I tried to pay him he refused. I gave him a nice tip of course. These guys are the best. Nice, smart, and super-efficient. I wish all contractors/tradesmen were as good. January 2018: Our garage door broke after years of use. Like many opener systems, it was built with plastic pieces that wear out and weren’t helped by the recent single-digit temperatures. I reached out to Thomas and he responded immediately. His partner Ray came out twice to fix it. They were able to give me an estimate that seemed fair and they stuck to it. Both days were bitterly cold and Ray worked for hours. Did a great job so far (after one week). He replaced all those plastic pieces with metal that should last a lifetime. They were hard-working, fair, communicative, and efficient. Will post an update as time goes by, but all is well now and we are very happy with their work.
