::Frank Switalski helped me at the Cranberry store. Very knowledgeable about the products. Helped me select a stackable washer and dryer set and arranged for delivery and installation the next day! With Home Show discount they beat the big box stores in price and delivery (by a week!) Plus they have their own service department to help me down the road if needed. Definitely the best place to purchase appliances.

::Starting off great experience with the sales process, which is typical of any large purchase. However the service process is another story. They give you a three hour window, showed up an hour and a half late, for the first appointment, 5:30pm. No call or text to let me know. Three hour window to install ordered part, showed up an hour and a half late, 4:30pm. No call or text to let me know. Called the service center and left a vm after 4. The technician told me they leave at 4. This was not stated on the outgoing message. All in all 9 hours of my time for an appliance repair on an appliance that is less than a year old. I know anything man made will break, that is why I bought a service contract on all of the appliances I bought...over $8k in all, which doesn't include my time for taking time off of work. The technician was polite, professional, and apologetic referring me back to the call center. Oh, did I mention the call center hasn't called me back from my first message?

::What a refreshing experience! We were looking to replace a fridge, however, it was hard to pull the trigger on a big purchase without spending hours researching. We decided to talk to Don's instead of researching and ordering on our own from some of the bigger stores. What a great decision. Erin Slattery was great to work with and helped us get exactly what we wanted for our budget and our small kitchen size. She also matched their price with Home Depot's, making it even more worth our while. When everything is automated and online, it is so nice to talk to a real person who has expertise with these products.

::First time using Don’s Appliances and I had a very good experience. Our salesperson, Erin, was very knowledgeable and listened well to what I actually needed—she didn’t try to sell me more than I was looking for, which I appreciated. I ordered six items. One came in slightly scratched and replacement was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend.

::We purchased a counter depth refrigerator/freezer which was delivered within 48 hours. The service both in the store (Erin) and at our home (Keith and Jeremy) was excellent. The price was very reasonable. Even though we were their last delivery, Keith and Jeremy were pleasant and efficient. They solved the problem of getting the unit through our narrow doorways: installed the unit professionally; cleaned the stainless steel when they were finished; and offered a demonstration of how to use the display. They cleaned up before they left and said they would return if we had any problems. This kind of service is rare today. Mike
