  What a train wreck this was. After we ordered our dine in, we realized that management was having a meeting in the only dining area available. And they were incredibly loud. Not loud talking. Yelling. Cussing. Trying to talk over each other. We heard about how lazy other employees are. We heard about how other locations are ran. We heard about money issues. Finally, I shouted over them to tell the to tone it down. Seriously it was so unprofessional. The woman working the cashier at the front also constantly yelled into the kitchen instead of walking back there. Not a pleasant experience at all for our family on National Pizza Day

  Ordered 2 subs tonight. One big Don Italian and one chicken bacon cheddar. The only plus about the while experience was, they got my order correct. It took them about an hour and half to deliver when I was quoted 40 minutes. I called to see what happened and the lady I spoke to was very rude. Offered me 2 options, cancel my order to get a credit for my next order. I chose the credit and almost immediately after giving her my number and name she hung up on me. Then after what seemed like forever, the delivery driver finally showed but he was blaring music at midnight , so loud it rattled my windows! And to beat it all, he was rude also! I get that you were ready to go home and stuff but come on!

  Food was good and reasonably priced. Tables weren't cleared off and the floor wasn't swept. But our food was good, especially the cheesy garlic breadsticks. Yum!

  I love Donato's pizza. Founders Favorite is my favorite. Also like the Works and Veggie. I don't live nearby one so whenever I am in a city that has one I make a point of visiting Donato's.
