  Bought two work vans from here and a Cadillac. You would think they would want to make their repeat customers happy. I trusted them to order me some parts and paid a premium price for generic products. All I wanted was my money back and the service manager wouldn't even call me back. We buy multiple vehicles every year for our company and it won't be at any of your dealerships anymore. I will make sure I let every customer I deal with know what kind of business the Don Franklin dealerships offer.

  My salesman Dave Sharpe was awesome. After demonstrating the full spectrum of cars he found the perfect car for me. Dave's service & this dealership is world class.

  The personnel at Don Franklin are wonderful. Misty is a great sales person. Not pushy at all and takes that extra step to make sure her customer is happy. Also Olivia at the Nissan dealership was also very professional.

  I hate to give a car dealer 5 stars but I'll have to for Don Franklin. I'm 64 and have bought a lot of new and used cars and I'll have to say this was one of my best experiences. We didn't play any of the usual car dealer games. They were straight up, helpful, and pleasant to work with.

  Don Franklin Auto Mall is the BEST place to buy a car! I have had three car buying experiences with this dealership and each time I walk away highly satisfied. Chandler E. was my Sales Consultant and he was absolutely GREAT to work with!! Chandler E. is knowledgeable, patient, and overall easy to work with. He listened to my needs and wants in a vehicle and he paired me up with a great Hyundai! It will be several years from now before I need a new car, but I sure hope Chandler E. is still there to help assist me with purchasing a new car! Thanks Chandler E.!!!
