::There’s a girl yesterday working night shift name Alandra Something like that she has blonde hair an she was shift manager I place my order in around 9:20 and checking the online meter. she was putting it in the oven an she decided to put it at exactly 9:49 by the time I got to the store she ask me what I what I wanted with an attitude an I told her I’m here to pick an order an she told me pick up was close at 10 I didn’t even know they close at 10 an I even said to her I made my order way before 10 an kept denying me Ann telling me saying pick up was close I was really up set cause I always buy my pizza here never had an issue, if your stores close for pick up at 10 you guys should let US know next time I’m telling that little blonde girl something for giving me her attitude I’m sorry but this was unprofessional an every disappointment

::Every time I try to order from this store there is an issue. I may never order from dominoes or " Pinnacle Pizza" again. It just took me over an hour to get my order through online. And when i called, who ever was on the phone didn't even know about any deals they were having. I am extremely frustrated. Its a good thing the food is USUALLY good.

::My roommate and i have been going to the same dominoes since we moved to the area. We had an issue with a part of the order was given to the wrong person. The driver was nice and it was a simple mistake. Well they said he was on his way with the rest of the order. Well later on we saw his truck pull in and then leave without getting out of the truck. 10 minutes later still nothing. So i called back in to figure out what's going on and the lady on the phone started yelling at me and almost hung up till i yelled back to talk to the manager. Meanwhile the truck shows back up and the guy hands me the order and apologizes (the driver was still really nice). I told the manager what happened and he just popped off "ill have a talk with her". I guess this is how they treat customers. Im not mad at the driver cause after everything happened, he was very sweet and he apologized but after getting yelled at after calling them, i deleted the app and we will go elsewhere.

::They are top notch!!!! They get our order (lots of special requests) perfect every single time. Their online ordering is awesome We can basically place our order with about four clicks. We like being able to watch the timeline so we know when the food is on the way. Excellent experience!!! Highly recommend!! 😀
