  Staff can't speak English.Got 4 customers orders wrong in the time I waited for my orders. Throwing the Dough around in the store as a game... Shocking service I will never return!!!!!

  Placed an order at 9:10. When tracker said person left the store at 9:44 I went outside right away to wait as cell reception inside is horrible. 10:20 I called store to check up on order and was told it was on it's way and to wait. At 10:50 I called again and was told same thing. At 11:05 I learned my order was back at the store and they could resend it if I picked up phone. Sad thing is delivery guy never called me and the people at the store never actually checked on my order when i asked about it. Was waiting outside from 9:50 to 11:00. Finally got it at 11:30. I know problems can happen with receiving calls. But feel like a lot of this could have been avoided if when I called to check up on the order they actually checked up on it. Give 2 stars instead of 1 cause food while not hot was at least warm.

  Lo único que no me gusta es que no son los mismos precios que cuando llamas y haces la orden. A veces he hecho la misma orden por teléfono y me cobran menos que con la aplicación. Por lo demás me encanta, porque yo puedo crear mi pizza como yo quiera y tengo todo el tiempo para hacerlo.

  Horrible pizza. I ordered pizza and when it was delivered it was cold and tasted old and nasty. I never had pizza taste so horrible in my life. I really hate this store. But the store in west Hempstead doesn’t deliver in Hempstead. You guys need to be shut down. This is the second time my experience was horrible.

  2 Words.. Terribly Disgusting! Considering I refuse to pay $5 to have the wrong pizza delivered and tipping another $5 for cold pizza to be delivered I make the trip to pick it up myself and every time its still something wrong. They never put the garlic sauce on the crust, always have to ask yet this is the signature of their pies. Extra cheese pies come with dough bubbles throughout with no cheese or sauce. My last order 3 days ago was ordered en route. When I got there it was cold and old with missing cheese spots in it with no garlic sauce on the crust. When I questioned how does a extra cheese pie have "bald spots in it" she offered to make another which would take 15 but by then the rest of my order wouldve been like DiGiorno... I asked for them to just put the cheese on the pie and Id heat it when I got home but as luck would have it; the sprinkle they did put wasnt even where the cheese was missing most which was the complete center and the pizza was sooooo cold the garlic sauce was still sitting on the crust in liquid form. The pizza wasnt even hot enough to soak it in like it has done on previous occasions. Even with heating it, which I shouldn't have had to it was terribly disgusting. Zero stars should be an option!
