::I placed my order in at 3:25pm, with the expectation that the order would be out for delivery at 5:00pm. I had the tracker up on my computer, and the first update was at 4:30pm, when the pizza was being prepped. At 5:05pm, there was still no further update, so I decided to call the restaurant, to see if I could get an update on the order status. When I called, I was asked if I could hold for a minute, which I was happy to do. I was then on hold for eight minutes. While on hold, the tracker finally updated from the prep to bake status at 5:07pm. It then was updated from the bake to quality check status at 5:12pm. When I finally got on the phone with someone, I had mentioned that the status of the order had been updated while I was on the phone, but I asked for a reason why it was so delayed. The person on the phone would not provide me with a direct answer, instead saying “we have your order, do you have any other questions.” I tried to ask more questions, but was cut off and told the same line from before: “we have your order, do you have any other questions.” Finally, I caved and just said no, and the person on the other end of the line hung up without saying anything else. As I have ordered from this location previously without incident, I was shocked at how awful the customer service was for this particular order. I understand that it is snowing, and that they might be backed up, but I was not happy with the lack of response or apology when I was simply asking for an update on my order. I waited another 35 minutes, without the status of my pizza order changing, so I decided to call the restaurant again. I was placed on hold immediately. While on hold, the order finally changed from “quality check” to “out for delivery” at 5:50pm. After six minutes on hold, I decided to hang up the phone, because I knew the delivery person would be arriving shortly, and wanted to make sure I didn’t miss them buzzing my apartment, since I am at this point starving. The pizza finally arrived at my apartment at 6:04pm. I’ve never had an experience from Domino’s like this ever, and I might have to reconsider where I order pizza from in the future.

::Pizza's great wont deliver to my location anymore. Sad. Due to "location contracts" this place is 4 blocks away from my house and won't deliver. I have to get the Domino's Pizza from 145th to deliver. Does not make any sense at all.

::I know, I know domino's pizza in New York? But this place always has quick and accurate delivery with reliable quality and pretty decent deals. Sometimes that's all you're looking for. Plus it's easy to customize.
