::I’m accustomed to the hour time it takes to get a delivery. Sometimes a little longer, but the tracker is usually on point and so is the delivery estimate. Today though, my order has been checked for perfection for over an hour. I call to just check, talk to someone. After a 10 minute hold I was hung up on after one “hello” I didn’t even get my responding “hi” out before click. I call back. 5 minutes, someone answers and then puts me back on hold. 10 minutes again and still waiting. I’m very understanding. I’ve worked customer service for 9 years. But when I can’t talk to someone, I become the person I don’t want to be. I’ll be complaining to corporate since I’m not sure if this is just a bad phone system or what. Update: I was recently contacted by the store. They seem to be under new management and are working on establishing a more functioning store. Wanted to share that, since it can make a difference for some. I was compensated for the poor experience, which I do appreciate.

::Numerous of times my orders have been wrong. On top of wrong orders the employees will not welcome nor acknowledge the fact that you have walked into the store. You can hear them chit chatting about things that aren't work related. Today they forgot my salad, when I drove back up there to get it, the cashier threw her hand up in my face like we were teenagers at school, not like I was a customer at her JOB. This is what they call customer service and customer satisfaction? Everyone there should be fired and the store should be shut down. The manager cannot even choose the right type of employees. Just give up!

::They are friendly and they have good customer service. The only issue I have with them is their delivery time is always a hour or so. The last time we order a pizza it took it over 2 hours to arrive and it was cold because the driver had no idea of where he was going. instead of him calling and asking where needed to go. We just reordered food from them and it has never showed up. Called several times and don’t get a answer this makes no sense what so ever.

::I called in a delivery order. And hour later I'm calling to track my order and the lady tells me they cannot deliver my order because it is after dark. Now I live almost 10 mins from the location. But it takes over an hour to deliver. No one called me to let me know they could not deliver my food. But told me it is ready so you can come and pick it up. Poor poor service and no communication skills. I've lived at this location for awhile now. And my kids love pizza so I have spent plenty of money at this location. And time waiting. So for them to do this now, they just lost a loyal customer.

::Good food, super fast prep and delivery, fair prices. Very happy with our local Domino's. Gourmet places may offer better pizza but service doesn't get any better than this. Been ordering here almost 4 years w/no problems.
