::Our house is probably their best customer and every time they deliver the pizza, I forget why. Once, they parked a block away from the house on a cold night and made my brother walk down the street to get the pizza. It has never needed to be like that. We have a space directly in front of the house where they usually can park. Tonight, my dad ordered and the delivery man came up and said "Next time you need to pick up the phone. It is a rule. You MUST pick up the phone." No "hi" or "good evening" just orders and demands. My dad, trying to hand him a $5 tip, did not deserve that because the calls went to my mom's phone and she is in the hospital. It was an overall terrible experience and I had to immediately write this. Very Angry. I hope someone teaches these employees how to treat their customers a bit nicer

::I places my order at 16:08 email confirmation stated delivery 35-45 minutes of placing order. At 16:57 my food went in the oven to be cooked. My food was delivered at 17:25. I called 3 time first call I was placed on hold for 7 minutes before hanging up. Second call no answer and third call I was placed on hold again. I will never order from this location again. After going online and reviewing there delivery policy it states delivery 30 minutes or less or you get a full refund back. Store manager Fernanda stayed that she has never heard of that policy before. When I told her I was going to make a complaint she didn’t have anything else to say then sorry.
