  sooo slow, I could’ve picked up the pizza by now- if pick up was until 1, but they take forever delivering for the distance to be 0.2 miles away. 30... almost 40 minutes it’s been sitting and waiting.

  Usually have terrible luck with pizza around Arvada. Not bad here. Always a little expensive to deliver and tip, but that's expected I guess. Regardless of what deals there are. Pasta didn't look great, but was actually pretty damn good, pizza rocked and delivery driver was a genuine dude.

  When we called to check on our pizza that we ordered over an hour previously, they said it would be 2 more hours. This is 8:30 pm on a Monday night with delivery in the neighborhood. They did not think 3 hours for a pizza order was unreasonable. Utterly ridiculous.

  I placed an online order, and wanted to substitute different veggies for what came on the pizza. The website kept charging me to substitute, so I called the store and spoke with Sarah. Very rude and incompetent. She explained that regardless, she would have to charge me to substitute the veggies because it comes out of her inventory. I wasn't asking to substitute veggies for meat, it was veggies for veggies. That makes no sense that you would charge someone. Here's a suggestion: Use your common sense every once in a while, instead of responding with "That's just how the system works".

  We decided to try domino' s for the first time in years about a week or so ago. I will never ever be ordering from there again. I thought I would try one of their salads don't do it. I woke up the next day and I was beyond sick. Never again! I would give them zero stars if I had the choice
