::Spent 80 dollars on 2 thin crust pizzas which I ordered online and pre-tipped. 2 hours later I got 2 cold pizzas and they were not even close to what I ordered. Wrong crust, wrong toppings. The manager lied and told me all he could do was give me a store credit the next time I ordered pizzas through Domino's,, but never took my info before hanging up on me. This was the worst pizzas and worst experience I have ever had through any pizza company. Rude manager, and I lost $80 dollars...pathetic

::This is the worst Domino’s experience I have EVER HAD. This is also not a Karen moment where I have no idea what the service industry is like. I waited tables for 5 years. I’ve worked in a drive thru. It’s hard but it isn’t THAT hard. Anyway, first the website wouldn’t accept my card, and then I called to order and it took 16 minutes to place it, and then they rang me up for carry out, not delivery, so I had to go get my pizza, only to arrive and be told they cancelled my order by one employee and that the order disappeared by another. Joke’s on me for not giving up after the website wasn’t working, I guess. If management sees this, one of your employees was on the phone at the counter and everyone needs to be retrained.

::TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered food online at 7pm had to call at 8:45pm to ask where it was. I spoke with the manager and got told “Do you want the food or not?” Then hung up on me. The Store Manager has a terrible attitude and even worse customer service, employees are the same. But it’s not their fault, poor leadership breeds a poor team. I feel bad for her employees and customers. Just terrible.
