::Still enjoy domino’s just not this particular place/experience at alllllllll. First, the pizza wasn’t even cut into slices........ To make matters worse, we are staying at a hotel down the street, we were limited on utensils to begin with and that made it much harder to even attempt to consume the pie. Secondly, the pizza was clearly undercooked. The cheese wasn’t all melted and the crust was very soft and doughy. When you picked up a piece of a slice (the bits we broke off with our hands), the cheese and toppings slid right off the gooey crust. Didn’t feel even close to the dominos pizza i’m used to having! Very disappointing experience.

::They do ok, they just don't catch details sometimes. I order online and sometimes they miss the well done request. They also push the tracker faster than they make the order so someone ends up checking my order for perfection for an hour before my driver leaves.

::No issues. Couldn’t for whatever reason order from this location when I tried but I doubt that is any particular locations fault and more so the dominos website. Honored the online coupon deal pricing without a problem. Ready in the time they said. It’s dominos pizza so not the best pizza in the world but you know that going in. Served its purpose. Hot. Ready. On time. As ordered.

::I get food from here all the time. I love the food. Better than most pizza places in my opinion. I would rate with 5 stars but delivery sucks. I always tip over 5 dollars because I've been there and understand what delivery workers go through. But here they seem to always leave something out. Be it your sauce or drink something is always missing. But you could always pick it up and everything will be their. They aren't far so its no problem for me.

::Started out just fine.. Tracker showed shortly after my order that the pizza was baked and waiting for delivery. An hour later, there was still no delivery, so I called. I waited 12-13 minutes on hold until someone disconnected my call. Called again, and asked to cancel the order. Easy to cancel, but when I asked for a confirmation of some sort, the associate had no idea what I was asking for. That's ok, I explained what I was looking for, but he still didn't understand. He kept telling me it would show up in 3-5 business days. I explained again that any confirmation number would be fine, a receipt number even, a validation number, whatever showed up on the receipt. He still didn't understand, simply said "Yes ma'am sorry about that, bye." I'll give him credit for being polite, but he couldn't answer my question and should've gotten someone who could. I'd already asked for a manager and he said he was the next best in line. I've never left a bad review for any company/organization/franchise. I can say that I am truly disappointed with my experience and I hope Domino's finds a way to improve.
