  Always always late! They barely pick the phone, food is cold! We need a better dominos branch to serve the area!

  Bad as customer service I order and hour ago and mr.Alejandro first got on the phone after I called them and asked them where is my order they did not send the email confirmation they did not call us back they didn’t like Text us no nothing I asked where is my order then she talking to Spanish and she give somebody else the fall so when he tells me he’s been blowing me up calling me and I didn’t answer my phone which is a lie I was actually downstairs waiting on this guy to deliver my pizza and the bad customer service I get after you didn’t even delivery not even on time but not at all you guys need to be doing better.I didn’t wait starving for an hour just for somebody to get on the phone and lie to me you guys was already giving me attitude when I was trying to give you directions here so I’m really not surprised that you didn’t deliver it. You will never get my service again Norma Ty😍👩❤️💋👩💞 you would never get my service again Nor my time

  I ordered had. No oreee 90 Minutes later. Called the store and he said 5 minutes. 30 minutes passed. No order. Put me on hold as before. Informed me not delivered because driver called me and I didn’t answer. Thing is for five years they come to my building and the building calls me. I don’t answer strange numbers. The manager was rude. I suggested he credit my pizza and give me a new one. I asked his name to report him. I said O had been ordering for five years and had no problem. He told me they are in business 20 and no free pizza. Told me to place another order on line and as of now still no credit. Very poor service. Alejandro DePaleo managers name. Doesn’t know how to manage when a customer is poorly served. More training needed. Still waiting.

  Will no longer buy from dominos pizza store horrible service and I can't blame them because there coustermer relation depart in Florida let's there stores do anything. I had a representive from corporate here in Miami Jeff was his name I can tell you, it would be better talking to a wall because they don't care. if your order was wrong, if they don't deliver it, if they demand for a tip, many issue with this store believe me don't buy here . Papa John's have great promo every month and pizza hut rarely messes up a order. Last try local mam and papas at least they care about there coustermer something that dominos pizza forgot here in Miami. It's sad to because there great in Puerto Rico . Little ceaser is better and the fastest then domonios . Don't buy you be wasting your money . The driver lies. They don't have the new cars. They make you walk out of your house to the car because they don't like to get out of the car they don't put the dominos sign on car somesome come in uniform up and check your order before you take it. It might be wrong and they won't come back stay away look at the ratings believe us.
