  This is the first time EVER that I have been called and told that I need to show my credit card when the driver arrives. I always order from dominos. My credit card number is saved in the app. I have ordered and had it delivered to my kids when I wasn’t home. I asked when this new policy started as I ordered 3 weeks ago and no one called me to ask me to produce my card. The caller could not tell me. I asked him to have the driver furnish this new policy when he arrived. Of course that didn’t happen. I am terribly disturbed and would hope that this “new policy” isn’t demographically and geographically determined.

  I call them and they hang up and its so annoying and 2 they dont do delieverys online so byee

  So upsetting, I've been ordering here for a year sometimes every week for months. They canceled my order tonight because I ordered through the app for my son who's home while I wasn't home. My son didn't have my card. P. Pierre wouldn't send my order and the supervisor Stephan was too busy to come to the phone. I started I was going to call the general manager and P.Pierre canceled my order. I called back and Erica, Assistant manager wasn't able to help. Extremely, poor customer service. P. Pierre never asked if I could pay cash instead. They had a loyal customer, but no longer... what's the point of being a good customer for an establishment that doesn't respect you.

  It's amazing only takes a couple minutes like 5 minutes to get it done so it's amazing I love there to goes out

  I have never dealt with such an incompetent group. No issue with the food or the IOS app. I ordered a pie without cheese and this was so confusing to the staff that they cancelled the order. I called to see what happened, explained the situation and said please send it out. They said OK. They cancelled again. This happened several times. Apparently you are not allowed to order a pizza without cheese or it throws off all of the third graders working there. When I spoke to the woman for the 3rd time I said please send the pie and do not attempt to call me again just send it and consider this call my confirmation. She said she couldn’t do that and was just trying to get me the pizza I deserve. I am embarrassed that this place exists.
