  Ordered delivery last night at 10:50 pm.. an hour and a half later I called the store to see if they had forgotten or if they were just very busy but it went straight to a recording telling me to hold, sat on hold for 8 mins before giving up. Called back 30 minutes later, same thing. Called back this afternoon same thing. Called back again this evening and finally got a human on the line. Explained the situation and she said hold on.. she then placed the call on hold and I waited for 5 mins before hanging up. I give up Dominos, you win. I’m out.

  Ordered for pickup, when I arrived, the door was locked. I tried to knock and get the two workers’ attention. Then I called and was on hold for nearly 5 minutes, even though the workers did not appear too busy to answer a phone. When I finally got someone’s attention at the door, she didn’t even know there was a pick up order. One star for the pizza tho

  The pizza always arrives hot. I wish that the drivers did not have to deliver so late in some areas.

  Placed an order at 7:45pm. It's bad weather which I get, but as of 9:05pm, they hadn't even started making it! Called and was told it would be another hour before it was delivered, so I got a refund, but no one should have to wait 2.5 hours for a pizza. Stop taking orders if you're so backed up!

  Made an online order on a Friday night and tracker worked properly displaying that the pizza was made and sent out of store and then delivered but it never arrived. I called the store, was put on hold and then my call was dropped. Dominoes stole my money. Don't order online!!!
