::The General Manager at this Domino's Lee I believe his name is is one of the best managers I have had the pleasure of working with. He definitely went above and beyond what he needed to do for my family. We ordered from them at least once to twice a month and from the people who take the orders to the delivery drivers and to the management team #1 in my book I have been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and this is what I look for thank you Lee for putting smiles on my familys face not only tonight but every time we order from your Domino's.

::ordered online, order arrived, asked for extra marinara sauce, pizza arrived with no sauce, called, spoke with Chuck/Charles, instantly was on the defensive even after explained to him that I have a screenshot of the order and he continued to say I was wrong, even asked him if there was a chance that he was wrong, said nope. Heated back and forth and he hung up and then refused to pick up the phone. I know that the customer may not be always right, but in this case. The customer was, left a message with corporate, we shall see the outcome.

::I love this place. It may be a chain yet it is truly a neighborhood place. They are always kind, remember me, great service and make me feel welcome. I go there all the time and consistently get excellent customer service. Christina has the best customer service skills I have ever seen, and I work in HR. This is my neighborhood pizza joint!
