::Domino's are Domino's, I like it. If I could only get what I actually ordered. One star for this location. I kept trying but 90% of the time they mess up. And God forbid you tryi to call them. Not once did anyone pick up. Driver tells you they will come back with correct order and never come back. I won't be ordering any more.

::They get one star cause I’m obligated to select at least one to leave my review. I usually order dominoes at least once or twice a month. I ordered last night at 8:14pm and at 955pm I called to ask about the order because the tracker wasn’t even moving to being put in the oven. I called and spoke to a gentleman who was rude and carelessly said “oh your order isn’t even made or started yet we are backed up” as if that was my problem as if he didn’t care that his customer ordered over an hour ago. I ask him to speak with a supervisor because I was livid and did not want to take my anger out on him not knowing if he had anything to do with it and clearly wasn’t trained correctly on how to address such issue with customers. He placed me on hold and came back on the line and said “if you want you can drive over here and pick up your order cause we don’t have any drivers right now” again carelessly like he didn’t give two damns about my situation. I ask again for the supervisor and he placed this rude careless no customer service skills female on the line who didn’t even ask me what was the issue or concern just started explaining why I could go drive to her location to pick up my order because she only has two drivers never once asked if I drive she gave me that as my only option! I told her I don’t drive which is why I request delivery and I don’t want their food I want my refund like now. Claims she is not able to refund the transaction from the same day claims she had to wait for the next day to refund it immediately now either dominoes has a ancient system or she was just lying to make it more difficult for me! This dominoes lost a loyal Customer for good. She asked me to call her today and she would do the refund and if I didn’t call she would call me I got out of work at 8pm called and no answer up until 849pm. I spoke to a some what decent gentleman who said she was busy if I could call her back. I told him I had been waiting since 8pm and I rather wait for her to pick up the phone. I hear her or a female in the background yelling “why she has to talk to me she can talk to anybody “ I over heard a few other things I rather not say and a few seconds later the call was disconnected. I’m disgusted I work for a company whose all about great Customer service and this really really shows me why we have won year after year the Stevie’s Customer service award! This place has a few things to learn!

::This is the WORST dominos. Nobody answers the phone. I ordered over a hour ago and my food still isn’t here. I only ordered here because Pizza Hut is closed. They should just close down. As you can see the time it was getting ready and it’s 2:30 and my pizza is still “being made”

::Our Pizza was sitting at the restaurant so long that our food was room temperature by the time we received it, and we had to re-warm our meal after waiting almost 1.5 hours. We were watching the tracker and it took 1 hour at stage 4-5 (Quality check and Delivery), where stage 1-3 (Order placed, Prep and Bake) only took 15 minutes. Since our pizza's took so long we were expecting pizzas made to perfection and instructions followed to the tee, but that was of course too much to ask. None of our pan pizza's had a layer of tomato sauce, either they put very little and it dried out in the oven or there was none to begin with (it was a waste of the 2.00 upgrade). We had to find our own tomato sauce and apply it to the pizza because our slices were so dry with cheese/meat toppings that we couldn't enjoy it. When we called in thinking that there was an issue with the tracker we were put on a 15 minute hold just to be informed they only have two drivers and they aren't sure of how much longer we will have to wait. This location is extremely disorganized, under staffed, and overwhelmed with orders. In the past my order hasn't even been delivered after hours of waiting and I have had two of my pizza's miss placed when I did a carryout order (these both happening in the last 2 times that I ordered at this place). Every one of my experiences at this restaurant are unfortunate, I don't think I will eat here anymore because the convenience isn't worth the sacrifice of quality.

::This is my first time reviewing this particular Domino’s location. I have read so many bad reviews about this dominoes location but they have always done right by me. Recently it took over 45 minutes for me to get my order and I was sitting in the place waiting for it. I never blame the worker. When this location is busy they are rocking and rolling. You can observe them through the window and pizzas are being made rapidly. Cars are double parked 5 at a time, so people definitely like this place. It is clearly the jurisdiction of the management to include the workers input when creating a workflow. once again I don’t understand how people can Only give 1 or 2 stars. God Bless the workers for their due diligence at customer service.and hard work. I wish I could give 100 stars for effort. Nathan
