  I haven't ordered from here in a while. I figured I'd give them another chance..my mistake. Don't know why they use stupid tracker..my order was "perfection checked" at 8:44 pm, didn't get food until 9:11pm

  This is Jersey. There is no need to eat this garbage. However I went to get pizza for a kids party and they said it would be at least 45 minutes. 45 minutes for 2 plain pies? Who remembers 30 minutes or it's free...

  So dominoes in Rutherford has always been my fave spot to eat from. I get along very well with the employees such as the manager Jose, which I just found out is no longer working there, so devastating also Joel and Kristen. Great workers there, they know how to get the job done. So when I order my food for carry out I noticed the new manager ( I am guessing she is the new manager as a replacement for Jose ) She was so rude omg, when I was there she was all on her phone having a full blown conversation laughing but when like what a professional manager smh, she also had nails on ( which I believe is not right to have nails working in a area with food and no gloves ) I also noticed they were putting the food that would fall off other pizzas back into the piles of food, like how disgusting how are you guys going to put food that has touched other food back ? i am so disappointed which this new management someone get her out of there and bring back Jose.

  If I could give the less than 1 star, I would. I placed an online order at 4:23pm. I received a phone call from them stating that it was going to take 45minutes to an hour to deliver. I said ok. Kept an eye on the "tracker". It said that my food left the store at 5:22pm. It was 5:45pm and my food was nowhere to be found. I called the store and after waiting for 10 minutes, this idiot named Kristen answered the phone and told me it was going to take at least another hour to be delivered since there was an error and my food never left the store. She told me that she was gong to prepare my order, again, and promised me that it was going to be deliver in 30 minutes. It was 6:45pm and my food was not here. I called the store once more and idiot #2 answered the phone and told me that Kristen never send my food and that there was no driver to deliver my food. Well, I lost it. I told them to refund my *&^$% money and to take the food and shove it up her ^%. I cannot believe that someone could be so incompetent, irresponsible. This store can now kiss my behind. I will never order form here again. Bunch of useless people. I really hope you bankrupt!!
