::first of all , the manager here is very unprofessional. My order was sent out at 6:40pm , it is 7:15pm right now and i still havent got my delivery. On top of that i been waiting on the phone for 10mins now and nobody havent answered the phone yet ....mind you im only five block away.

::This dominoes was absolutely rude when they forgot my order after 5hrs. Instead of sending my delivery right away with the next available delivery driver, they just offered to a refund and hanged up. I wasn’t upset because I knew they take quite a while to deliver. Normally they would deliver after 2 hours so I ordered early just to stay safe but when I called they told me it was on the way on 3 times and I gave them a good amount of time for them to deliver to me but when I finally made the fourth call, the employee just offered me a refund rudely and hanged up after I told her I ordered my pizza at 4pm and it’s 10pm at night. They then blocked my number because I wanted to call back and ask not for her to be rude. I had every right to be mad that day but for some reason I was patient because they kept telling me it’s on the way. Just plain disrespectful.

::They come late. Some people ordered around 11:00pm and it was delivered at 3:00am. But my pizza is always hot. They never damage my food.

::Been on the phone waiting for an answer NEVER got one!!! Ordered almost an hour and a half ago and my food is still not here!!!! Sometimes I even forget I ordered they close in about 19 minutes still nothing!! If there was a zero stars button that’s definitely what I would give them!!! Less than 20 Minutes distance!! I highly recommend you don’t order from here if you’re really hungry cause you’ll be very disappointed
