  The perfect example of a company going down the drain.... Gave my GF the card to order food... They refuse her delivery bc I'm not there . I'm sorry but WOW...... So now the food ia going in the trash and I need to wait a week to get the $ refunded...... MAJOR MAJOR SCAM!

  Communication time of delivery unknown just bad customer service. Ordewill be n #4 for hours all they say is please forgive us. When order come you not even hungry no more.

  The service at this store is horrible to say the least. I ordered a pizza an hour ago an no pizza still, but the worst of all is that when I calLed the store to investigate what is going on with the order, the person was extremely rude and when I told her that I'm less than a mile away from them she said "if you live less than 5 minutes away, why don't you walk up here and get your food..." And hang up on me! I tried calling again and no one picked up the phone. This is the services that Domino's has in this store and by reading the comments of others customers, looks like Domino's understand that this is the way customers should be treated! DON'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

  Just go to A&S down the street. If its late night, don't even waste your time here. Just starve. Seriously. This place is HORRIBLE. Horrible service. I understand they are severely understaffed, but I've watched the manager stand up front with no customers in store and completely ignore the ringing phone. They took TWO HOURS and still no pizza. I went to pick it up (the delivery driver was sitting in the parking lot on his phone in the car) and they refused to refund the delivery charge of four dollars, saying they could only give me a small drink that is worth much less than four dollars. Horrible horrible place. Never again.

  The quality of the service really depends on who is there. Twice I have been there to find the same manager working alone with one delivery person. The cashier there when I entered grabbed her things and left at the end of her shift while there where about six people waiting for service. It was, myself included. This man must be really hated. Otherwise, the service is great. If you're there on the wrong day, the desire for pizza is left disappointed.
