  We have lived in Newark for 5+ years and have had ONE choice for food delivery until your store opened. Since then we have been loyal and order often, as well as many folks in our neighborhood! You've made a huge mistake cutting our area from your delivery route. Did y'all "do the math"?? I can assure you, if I'm going to drive into Haslet, my choice of food will likely NOT be Domino's. Thanks for the INconvenience!

  Ordered online for pickup. The app claimed the order was complete so I went in to pick up. I went in and there are 7 people working, it's not busy at all. The pizzas weren't ready and I had to wait because they incorrectly made the pizza (it was only two LG two topping pizzas, so nothing complicated). Waited for the order to come up and the order was incorrect again! They ended up having to make my order 3 times and never offered an apology, a discount, or anything for making me wait 40min for my pickup order. I was there with a friend and he offered to purchase the mess ups so they didn't have to throw them away. Wouldn't you know it, they tried to charge him the full $12 price for the screw ups. No discounts, no apologies, no nothing. Never again will I be ordering from this place.

  Food is great but they will not deliver to me, Im only 7 Miles from the store straight up the hwy. Takes around 5-7 minutes.

  Maybe instead of complaining about how the worker, drivers and the management sucks. Be thankful that you have someone else making your food. i really makes me mad when i see people complaining about the phones, i use to work at places like these and it's sometime not that easy. Someday they can be understaffed so no one can really get the phones, unless your prefer unmade pizza because of the pizza maker gotta focus on both. This dominos store is excellent and got great customer service.

  This is the worst Dominoes I have ever dealt with. The orders have been wrong the last three times we’ve ordered and to top it off the Manager smarts off when you call him about how he personally made our order “WRONG” by the way. Which doesn’t say much about his intelligence . DO NOT ORDER from this location unless you want crappy service!! We will never order from this dominoes again!!! This is a nice area so I would suggest the owner make some serious adjustments in employees and management! And if an order is wrong correct it and don’t say it will be another hour before they can bring the correct order out!!!!!!! Totally unprofessional!
