::Don't waste your time or your money completely rude staff horrible pizza
Katie B
::Absolutely horrid. Consistently takes 3x the estimated delivery timeframe to arrive (frequently 1.5-2 hours even during off times like 3pm or 12am) has hit 2.5 before), often cold, items are forgotten.. I've started just picking up at the midtown location rather than putting up with this disaster of a situation. Don't waste your time and money.

::Food is good but their customer service for carry out is usually lackluster. It takes several minutes for anyone to acknowledge customers. Also, the parking lot is very limited and spaces are always taken by delivery drivers, which is annoying as a customer.

::If you like free pizza definitely come to this branch! No joke the last FOUR times (seriously) I’ve ordered from this store they have “lost” my order, I’ve one time had a manager tell me he believed one of he drivers may have ate my sandwich (actual quote), I’ve ended up several times after an hour and a half wait, take the bus to the store to still find it in the store after being told it’s on its way. It does get irritating if you are really hungry but I keep coming back because the situations that happen here are so ridiculous and borderlining on funny it’s almost worth the annoyance of having the constant cold free pizza. Keep it up guys!

::I walked in and told them I was picking up. They acted like they didn't know what was going on. I realized that there was a TV on the wall that said when orders were ready, and it said mine would be ready in 6 minutes. So I sat down. This was a bit before 7:30 and the pizza would've been done at 7:30. The TV finally said that the pizza was done, but I waited a minute to walk back up to the counter because they were helping someone else. I also thought they might let me know that the pizza was easy after they finished with that customer, but I guess the TV is smarter than they are. I finally got up to get my pizza and was standing there for a few minutes when another customer came in. Finally someone comes back up and completely ignores me even though they knew I had been in there waiting for my pizza. So they take 5 minutes getting that customers pizza order put together. Then he asks me what I'm waiting for as if he didn't know who I was even though he was the one from the first time. So I tell him the name of the order mentioning that the TV said the pizza was ready. He goes and gets a pizza from the oven and cuts it, puts that order together. I thought that was my order, but no. That was another person's order. Then he finally grabs my order and gives it to me. What a terrible looking pizza. The ingredients look like they were just thrown to one spot off center on the pizza. There was hardly any sauce and cheese even though I had asked for extra of both. I decided to just take the pizza because I had no desire to wait for another 30 minutes (but probably more realistically an hour since this encounter has already taken an extra 20 more minutes than it should have). Worst pizza ever. It was as though I was eating dry ingredients on cardboard. Never again.
