::They sent me a burnt pizza and when I called and nicely let them know it was overcooked and I would like another. The manager acted put out and asked did I want it refunded or a new one. I told her I wanted a new one, That I still needed to eat, she told me it would be an hour and a half. She was really mad I still wanted her to send a new pizza. Wish I could add a picture for you to see. The second one was better but still a little darker than I'm use to. The delivery driver was super nice and very apologetic. Maybe the manager could take a lesson from his playbook.
