  I called and complained about something that wasn’t really a big deal. I felt my pasta was a tad burnt. The manager there took care of everything with a smile and a super cool attitude. He is one of the reasons I will make sure I order from that one no matter where I’m at or going downtown. They are very quick and their attitudes are always positive every time I call or go in for my pick up.

  I ordered at 10 and they forgot me until my complaint. Didn’t actually eat the cold pizza that arrived at 1:30

  Came in for lunch and paid over 36 bucks for 2 small pizzas and a baked sandwich and some waters (damn!!!) asked for some parmesan cheese to sprinkle on and was told it was an extra dollar. Wait.. what ... What pizzas place doesn't give free parmesan cheese. Sandwich and pizza mediocre at best. Very oily had to ask for extra napkins. Glad they didn't charge me for those.

  Ordered carryout a few times. I LOVE their Philly Cheesesteak!!! It's always ready when I come in to pick up.

  Spoke (joked with) a delivery driver, he gave me the number to call, I ordered online, received pizza and soda, quickly. Hot, fresh, and delicious. I cannot give 5 stars, since I haven't met the whole staff/experienced dine in. (and the online ordering bothers me, because I couldn't find where I could add a tip). HOWEVER.. kudos to the darned good eating experience.
