  They made my pizza wrong and wouldn't even fix it for me. I ask for my money back but the guy lied and said it's not store policy to do that. He then gave me a 10 dollar coupon. What the hell...

  I was made to change what my order was going to be because my orginal order was going to be .16 cents over the $25 limit you have. I had the correct amount to pay for the order and to give a tip to the driver. I shouldn’t be forced to use a credit card if my order goes about the $25 limit. I do understand if the limit is for the safety of the drivers but a customer shouldn’t have to feel like they are being forced to use a credit card if they want to use cash.

  They struggle some nights keeping orders together. On two seperate occasions I went to pick up and upon arriving was told that my food wasnt there and "maybe one of our drivers took it." Poor management, I get that mistakes happen, but atleast try to remedy it and keep customers happy and not just shrug your shoulders.

  Pizza & wings were complete and "checked for accuracy" for nearly 30 minutes (I have the tracker picture for proof). Employee 'Aaron' had no sense of customer service in regards to making this right and said he was still waiting on a driver, so I cancelled my order. Nobody wants food that's been under a heat lamp for half an hour before its even attempted to be delivered. Not my first bad experience, but certainly my last.
