  Wow, out of 72 reviews so far, almost ALL of them are just 1 star? I wish I had seen these reviews BEFORE I placed this order. How is this place still in business? After all these awful reviews? I write this as I sit waiting for my order which, after an hour and half, the cute little cartoon graphic still says they are "quality checking" it. Finally I called them to see if maybe the order got lost somehow. The guy on the phone hemmed and hawed and when I asked, "Is the order still coming?" he mumbled something incoherent, so I asked again and he said, "Yes, we are very busy. It is still coming." That was 10 minutes ago and the stupid Pizzamaker graph still says it's being "Quality Checked." If this doesn't come and come soon, I'll have to dispute this charge -- what a pain in the butt. Oh and by way, make sure you order with a credit card because they can be disputed pretty easily. DON'T use a debt card because once they put the charge in, you ain't never going to get your money back -- they've got it, you no longer have it. You would think the Domino's headquarters would be very alarmed at the number of one stars this franchise operator is routinely getting on their own website, and with all the complaints being totally similar -- botched orders, no-show deliveries. hours waiting for deliveries -- whatever happened to "If you don't get your order in 30 minutes, it's free" policy? If that were still in place, they would have to pay ME for this order. Domino's needs to fix this because this franchise owner here is ruining the Domino's name. PS -- 15 min after I started this review and STILL, no effin delivery! I placed this order at 11:50pm; it is now 1:32am and to tell you the truth, I don't believe I am ever getting this fed tonight. Next time it's going to Papa Johns!!

  waited over THREE HOURS for an order which i was then told had to be remade. I informed the agent on the phone that I had a disability which prevented me from going downstairs to meet the driver, who never called and never buzzed to inform me of arrival. all the while, i could not take my prescribed pain medication as i was waiting for food with which i could take it...

  Ordered a SIMPLE pizza that was made incorrectly. When I called to see what could be done about the incorrect pizza they said that I would have to wait an HOUR to receive my correct order. When I asked for a credit on my account they only offered breadsticks which I did not want. They did not once apologize for the inconvenience or offer any type of credit. VERY disappointing. AVOID ordering from them! I would give 0 stars if I could.

  I wish I can give them 0 stars. 1/12018 I ordered at 7:01pm via app.. the app said the food was outside at 8:30pm .. I go outside.. no one is there.. so I called.. stayed on hold for 30min.. its 9 something at this point... my wife and kids are starving cause we love dominoes.. I take my car and drive to their location cause I’m frustrated.. I get there and ask to speak to a manager... the manager is an African American woman.. Keep in mind I’m still on the phone with them to see if they are gong to pick up their phone... still no one.. I told her I ordered 2 hrs ago the app said my food was outside 30min still no one and I called and I’m still on hold on the phone with y’all and it’s 30min now... you know what she says? Are you ready? “We don’t have to pick up our phones” I immediately ask for a refund.. how a manager tell you that? There’s no hope for he store.. at this point I have to cal the corporate office because they left her in charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE!!
