  It's not hard to get an order right... especially super easy orders. They've completely screwed up my order twice now. Would not recommend this location due to order neglegence

  Any food chain worker with physical contact of food should wear gloves while handling foods. Is it illegal? Probaly not. Hepatitis A virus and Hepatitis B virus are transmitted via physical contact from hands to food. Hepatitis A through feces and urine. Hepatitis B is least likely, but can be passed via hands to food (look it up on Texas Department of State Health Service website). I had to request gloves to be worn upon ordering and while inside the store. Otherwise, the employee that took the order was respectively correct with his job.

  I used to absolutely love Domino's pizza, then they began tampering with the taste and developing a huge marketing campaign to let everyone know they changed everything. Apparently they thought the reason sales were dropping, was people had become bored with the taste. My opinion was the ingredients weren't consistently fresh, delivery times were terrible, leading to luke warm pizza, yet we paid full price and tipped the driver. Items were missing and the pizza looked as if it had been 4 wheeling. I say all that to say this. In my opinion they should have improved their hiring and training practice, focus on ensuring drastically improved quality assurance. So I gave them yet another chance, this time I went inside to order and take out. The pizza I got didn't have what I ordered and was charged for. So the shift leader kindly asked if i would like it remade. I said yes and got to wait another 20 minutes. This pizza came out, boxed up and handed to me with a friendly smile and a "Have a good evening". I looked in the box, and let me say, in no way did this pizza resemble any picture Domino's advertises. Skimpy ingredients not even spread evenly. I took the pizza out to my truck and began eating. It just tasted terrible, I wish I had just made a sandwich. Oh yeah did I mention I wasn't offered any thanks or complimentary anything for having waited so long.....no fault of my own. Would I recommend? Nope!!!

  Half the time when you order on line for delivery it will give you an estimated time that is wrong. It may say 50-60 mins but when that comes and goes and you call only to be told they are running behind and looking at 2 hours at least. But then be careful if you say you will just come pick it up at that point because when you get there it may be out for delivery! Absolute waste of your time. At least if the estimated delivery time was within an hour of being accurate you could make an informed decision to proceed. Your better off ordering from somewhere else

  I worked for Domino's at a location in a different state for over two years. The service at this Domino's is unbelievable. We live 8 minutes away and every time I order delivery, it has taken over an hour to get our food (It wasn't Superbowl Sunday so are they waiting for two runs???) and 9/10 the order is wrong. Last night we decided to try carry out. No one greeted us. The order was wrong. The remake was the wrong size (medium, ordered a large). Not one of the staff offered to make it right ("say sorry, give them what they want, give them something extra"...) I had to ask for the medium as well. Maybe I just had the honor of working at an impeccable 5 star Domino's. I take pride at my history at Domino's (Driver of the year twice) and I'll never order pizza at any other chain, but I'll also never order at this Domino's again.
