  Arrived faster than estimated, got exactly what I ordered, delivery driver called as he was arriving and was fast and courteous.

  So I showed up to pick up my pizza. It wasn't ready at the time, so I waited there a couple minutes. As I was there the manager walked in and was talking to a couple of the workers, and the subject of a couple other workers came up (I assumed they were talking about the drivers). In any case, the staff had nothing but good things to say to their manager about their fellow co-workers, which is really refreshing to hear instead of the negativity that one might expect. It made me really appreciate the dominos staff and manager for creating such a positive work environment, which may or may not affect the taste of the pizza, however certainly changes the pizza experience for the better.

  Everytime I call the staff is rude and act like it is a chore to answer the phone. You will either be put on hold multiple times or blatantly hung up on after holding for 10 mins or so. You know it is intentional because you will hear them pick up the receiver, hear voices and noises in background and then the phone hangs up. I have used this location for 10+ years and it has gotten worse everytime. I have tried to switch locations but you are only allowed to use the closest location or they will not and can not deliver to you. I am at the point where I will use the competition up the street because the employees are so rude and they need customer service skills and training. I am disappointed Dominos would allow such behavior to be the faces of their company. Will not spend another penny with the franchise.
