  I originally gave them 5 stars until I realized these stylists use old products they mix with new and they have an array of old brushes they actually use on patrons hair. The bristles are worn down almost to the nub and are not cleaned before use. Probably the reason everyone with a perm had hair that looked uneven and shaggy instead of sleek and even. On my first trip the stylist did not know how to use perm rods properly and being a stylist myself, I had to redo the back and side of my hair. Went for a touch-up 3 weeks ago and the rinse they put in my hair is still staining my hands, clothes and neck. Asked for a trim of the ends of my hair and the heifer cut off more than that on the sides and top. Fortunately , my hair grows out fast. The place is shoddy and unkempt like most of the styles they generate. Go at your own risk. I WON'T BE GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!
