  Came to this salon last week to blow dry my hair, no a big deal. I did no like the way they did my hair, no volume no waves but I said to my self maybe is because it's the first time let give them another chance. This week Monday 23 April I came back to retouch my grey hair and same as first time. My hair look like I did myself in the bathroom. When I got in my car and looked at the visor mirror, what a surprise all my gray hair showing up bright and shiny. I went back inside and show them and the offered to redoing my hair but did non have the time. I believe they should give me my money back. I don't mind to pay for a service as long is well done. The service was mediocre too. I won't go back there even to get my hair done for free. Wherever I go I'm happy to pay and gives good tips but i want good service and professionalism.

  I usually get a wash/set blow out or a relaxer from time to time. They are mediocre: sometimes they are too rough with my hair and other times they do a good job. The reason that this place gets a 1 star out of me is because I have been supporting this business for a long time yet they still talk about me and other customers in Spanish. I am black, they dont know that I understand and speak Spanish. I never told them. They talk about customers, about their hair. They are very disrespectful, sometimes call names and insult in Spanish. I only went to them for convenience because Im a busy medical student at the moment. I've seen it all, they smile in your face and insult you in spanish in your face. Its very disgusting. Even my boyfriend who is Panamanian (black hispanic) heard them once and told me that I should never return. They have no training and their business will suffer greatly if they continue to disrespect and talk about their customers in another language.
