  My 6year old daughter attends class here and love it.Staffs is an excellent instrutor.From kids to senior citizens, this is a great place to learn how to defend yourself, conquer fear and get in great shape. Highly recommended.

  Very expensive...very aggressive for money....didn't really teach my children much....kept promoting them to higher belts with no practice and took money for each belt. they are very tricky when signing the contract....be very careful as they block the part where you are entitled to get your money back and they circle the "no refunds" part. do not send your children here please. there are other places in astoria that are much much cheaper and better! do your research please!

  Excellent place... My son loved it .. He's been going there for a little more than a year in he's improving a lot.he can't stop going..he's self confidence its 100% .. Very good trainers... Little price but worth it...thanks everyone at DOMA
