  Stay away from this one! His elderly father comes in to give a reassuring "we'll take great care of you" routine by saying this is a 3rd generation business. Then Michael & friends come in to sand and refinish your floor, always telling you not to walk on it for a day or two. I had a living room/dining room and 3 bedroom done by him. He forgot to sand one of the bedrooms, just applying floor finish over a dust covered unsanded floor. The room looks terrible. He also promised to clean/vacuum up the dust created by sanding the floor. He did not do it, my walls, all the base molding, window sills, my ENTIRE kitchen, and on every horizontal surface througout the house he left a thick covering of wood sanding. Nothing was cleaned. I called to ask him to return and fix the issues. Guess what - he does not return your calls as soon as he has your check, cashed in 30 minutes after I wrote it. It has been 2 weeks I have been leaving a message for simple return phone call. Can't even get a return call. The tile guy that recommended Michael Dolson felt so guilty about the quality of work that was done, he offered to pay for someone else to come fix it. Stay away from this one! Check the BBB reports, I am not the only person complaining! If this is a 3rd generation business, Michael, your father and grandfather should be ashamed of what you do.
