  I entered this brand new dollar tree in my area. I noticed that an item had a coupon inside and I asked if I could use the coupon, and I was informed that I would have to pay for the item first and use the coupon on the second item only paying tax. When I returned to the register BRENDA the cashier, said that I could not use the coupon and had an attitude. I felt uncomfortable with this type of service so I stood to the side and informed her that I would be waiting for someone else. She said she was the only one there, but then called her manager (Lori). When the manager (Lori) came up I asked if I could see their "Coupon Policy" and she said "NO" and that I would not be able to use any coupon that same day anyways. Brenda was in the background being belligerent and was expressed "I ain't rude to no one. You ain't gonna be coming in here talking to me like that." in front of other dollar tree guests. I shared that I would be contacting corporate and she said "Yeah so you can lie to them, you're the one sitting up here trying to steal!" I don't have to steal, I don't have to go to dollar tree at all. I can honestly just take my business somewhere else. This experience and the service I received was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Especially in a new neighborhood and from a new store.
