  I shop here often. Rarely organized and stocked. Does have a very friendly cashier named Marvin. He makes the store tolerable. He is always in a great mood and nice to talk to

  The store manager is absolutely the least dedicated employee of them all and she shows her employees ZERO sympathy when they’re feeling ill or can’t make it to work. I’m honestly very surprised she still has employees with the way she runs and manages that store. Corporate needs to take a closer look at the way she runs that place and her professionalism when she talks to employees. She should be leading by example, but instead she’s busy taking smoke breaks every 5 minutes. Every time I go in there I see this other short lady and this tall skinny young man going through aisles and getting product out, and organizing the clutter, but the store manager I have never even seen her make a dent in any of that. That may not be her job, or her duty, but it is HER STORE. and if she can’t help out other departments that have an overall impact on HER STORE, than maybe she shouldn’t be store manager.   It was one of the cleaner Dollar Tree's I have been to. Their isles weren't full of stock carts like some of the other stores I have been to. It could use a better selection of some products such as personal hygiene and vitamins but the employees were working together as a team and it shows. ~KK~
