  The store has great items and I am generally treated professionally and nicely by the employees. I am giving this store one star bc if employee Deena. She treated the customer in front of me very rudely once the lady could not remember her PIN number for her debit card. She proceeded to try again, it failed and she went outside to get her husband for the pin. Let’s be honest, with so many cards that we all have that cvould have happened to anyone. Before the lady went outside she asked Deena if she could process my items and then rescan hers as to not hold up the line while she got her husband.... Deena said no and for her to “ hurry up bc other people were waiting.” I really wanted to say something then, but I didn’t. I held back bc you know maybe she was just having a bad day. While waiting, I proceeded to pick out some balloons and when the lady gets back I overhear Deena say “ what a wonderful country we live in. This beautiful country.” I forgot to mention that the customer that forgot her pin was of Indian decent. At that point, I said “ excuse me, what did you just say?” Deena proceeds to say “it’s a free country I can say what I want.” I reply, “ yes, but not when you are disrespecting someone and you are at work.” She then went on to say that she was talking to herself and not to me. I spoke with the Manager on duty and I am on hold with corporate as I type this, but this is absolutely disgusting. The lady forgot her pin! It can happen to anyone. No need for the additional comments. If she was a customer too then Ok yes you do have freedom of speech. But when you are an employee you have to keep this comments to yourself, especially bc you do not know how people are going to interpret them.

  They run out or don't have certain things that I look for that's y I give 4 other than that great staff overall good inventory

  There's so many things to get at Dollar Tree. Arts & crafts is my favorite, I always find things for my niece & nephew (toddlers) to keep them occupied. Foods are good you just need to be careful which foods you buy. Love the kitchen stuff. I could go on & on. Definitely worth the visit.

  My wife liked the range of products they generally had. Due to our last experience at this location, we will never return. As you walk around the store, just look for what you normally would see, find, and expect in a retail store. What is the atmosphere like inside? Does the store look disorganized? Are you receiving help, as needed? Are there employees conversing with each other? Is there at least one disgruntled employee - at a cash register - snacking on cheese doodles - yelling out inappropriate comments at the customers? If you should have the same experience, consider finding another store that appreciates your business. We have found two replacement stores where we will be spending our hard earned money - which truly deserve it. Everyone has to decide for themselves.
