  I have seen this dollar tree a disaster and they did clean it up nice but the reason I'm giving it such a low rating because the rude cashier I had this morning. I waited for 10 min before she even realized I needed to check out and the only reason was because I got her attention. Then she has a bad attitude because she was in the isle on her phone Oh I'm so sorry I interrupted your phone time while your suppose to be working. Then she continues checking me out throwing my things around angry. I hand her the money and she asks me for a smaller bill because she has no change for a 100 which is understandable but I had nothing but I'm sorry. But she continues with her attitude telling the people in line I hope no one needs change and continues to mock who brings a 100$ bill how stupid and I'm being nice with not repeating her cursing at work really professional is it necessary to say f*** this and s*** that I had my child with me. Ill never go here again!!!

  as previously posted, this store is a hot mess! Boxes all over the floor, cashier told me while I was getting a cart, she said " ya might not wanna use that, you will get stuck" I took my chances as I carry oxygen and it gets heavy. Needless to say, I ditched the cart in the first isle. So many stock boxes on the floor. At first I was like 'oh they must be short handed or the truck just came in" but after taking a few seconds to look down the isles, I picked up the one thing I came for (rare for me as I always find something I don't need but can't live without) and went to pay... I was tenth in line with one cashier open, 'manager' was sitting on the register counter talking to an employee that was gonna make an announcement about caramel M&Ms and she had never been on mc before.. she was a train wreck... but she got through it, then manager got on mic and wanted us all to give her applause .. um no we just wanna buy our stuff & get out of there. also rather than opening up another register, mgr again gets on the mic, tries to be a comedian saying ' I know you all want to get out of here and not spend your day in DT, so be patient and we will get you rocking and rolling." meanwhile the girl that was on the mic & 'mgr" are still just standing there in the register area with only one cashier ... they were just chatting.. at one point mgr says ' and in your training, how many people need to be in line before you call for help?" man in front of me says " there are enough people in line so open your damn register" and with that she did. When I got to the cashier, I asked her if the stock people didn't show up and she said she has worked there for almost a month and it has been like this since she started. I will not be returning to this store EVER! And my 1 rating is very generous!

  Where do you begin with this store!!! I just recently moved back to Aurora with my sister and one afternoon I really needed to find a Dollar Tree. So, I opened up Google maps and started Googling the area for a Dollar Tree near me. This store was the first one on the list and it was only 2.1 miles from me. I stepped into this store and couldn't believe how trashed this store was!! But, I didn't have the time to go looking for another one, plus another store I needed was right next door. So, I grabbed a cart and decided to take the store on regardless of the mess!! EVERY SINGLE AISLE was jammed packed with product that needed to go on the shelves. I understand being short handed, but this was beyond the need for one or two new hires it needed a full second crew!! This store is not only a fire hazard, but a law suit waiting to happen because of all the boxes in the aisles that make it IMPOSSIBLE to get through! I ended up having to ditch the buggy cause there was just no room to get through anywhere. The owner of this store needs to seriously do something about all the hazards this store imposes on anybody that dares to shop at this Dollar Tree! I will say one positive thing about this store, despite the chaos going on in that store, the employees were all courteous, helpful and had smiles on their faces!!!
