  Poor customer service. No communication between the people you speak with and the people onsite. Trying to exchange a horrible car, get here after speaking with someone on the phone, and they offer me the exact same car. And won’t give me the number to speak with them directly! I have to keep calling the number that sends me in circles...

  I have been renting my cars with the help of front desk member Mr. Anthony Young. He has been very helpful and just wonderful overall.

  Go to enterprise instead. I was told completly different information when I called to make the reservation and when I showed up. Decieded it wasnt worth it. Went to Enterprise fast and easy.

  They gave us a car. It was NOT the car we rented and was listed in our confirmation. The ONLY good thing is the car is clean and it runs.
